How to bake Special Vanilla cake

1. Preheat the Oven: o Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 g granulated sugar
  • 500 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder (approximately 35 g)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 large eggs

Steps:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar:
    • In a separate large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add Eggs:
    • Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine Mixtures:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour into Pans:
    • Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  7. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool:
    • Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.
  9. Frost and Decorate:
    • Once cooled, frost with your favorite vanilla buttercream or icing, and decorate as desired.
  10. Serve:
  • Slice and enjoy your homemade vanilla cake!
